He is survived by: his wife Debbie Peele Lewis; his children, Tommy Lewis (Shawn), Azure Smith (Dwayne) and Brandon Windham (Catherine); his grandchildren, Garrett Lewis, Carter Smith, Jordan Smith (Joie), Chase Smith, Jayden Windham, Luke Windham and Kristina Davis (Matt); his great grandchild Bennet Smith; his siblings, Nancy Sanders, Brenda Williams, Richard Lewis (Sheila), Elizabeth Gainey (Norwood) and Dennis Lewis (Lisa); and his mother-in-law Geraldine Peele. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
