She was predeceased by: her parents, Luby Erastus and Atha Ginn Edmundson; her former husband Walter Kearney; her son Bob Kearney; and her brothers, John Edmundson, George Edmundson and Keith Edmundson.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Lee Gooding; her sons, Hank Kearney (Virginia), Bruce Kearney (Kaye Howell), Bobby Lee Gooding, Jr. (Shirley Proctor) and Rodney Ray Gooding (LeeAnn); and her sister Laurie Andrews (Thomas). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
