She is survived by: her husband Jason Riggs; her children, Kristen Elizabeth Riggs, Austin Riggs and Alex Riggs; her grandsons, Theodore Riggs and Lincoln Riggs; her parents, David Edgar and Denise Bibb of Pikeville; her brothers, John David Bibb of Texas and Joseph Edgar Bibb of Pikeville; and her mother-in-law Susie Riggs of Kinston.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Howell Funeral Home & Crematory (1500 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery (3888 US-70, Princeton, NC 27569).
