He is survived by: his wife Chrystal Lynn Hart; his children, Justin Michael Hart (Lisa) and Stephanie Brooks Schaeffer (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler Hart, Maci, Colby, Cooper and Jaxson Schaeffer; his siblings, Ricky Hart (Randy), Steve Hart (Leda), Kay Quinn (Doug), Peggy Chase (Dennis), Sherry Arnette, Terry Hart Wilson and Christy Hart; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Hart and Harold Harper. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
