He is survived by: his wife Debbie Rains Baker of Pikeville; his children, Chad Baker (Melissa) of Clayton, Dillon Lassiter (Angela) of Kenly, Dusty Lassiter of Pikeville, Tara Gayle Baker of Clayton, Tana Bailey (Stephen) of Zebulon, Traci Rains Baker of Pikeville and Isabella Coker of Pikeville; his mother-in-law Dalphine Rains; his grandchildren, Brinley Marie Hill, Oliver Wayne Bailey and Sofia Lassiter; his siblings, Craig Baker (Christy) of Princeton and Melody Baker of Princeton; his pet Soldier; and his grandchildren, Dash, Doug and Biggie.
