Charles Leon Davis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Leon Davis (Pilot Mountain, North Carolina), who passed away on May 31, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Childs and Eva Atkins Davis; his son Ryan Charles Davis; and his brother Burton Davis. He is survived by: his daughter Laura Childs Davis; his wife Judy; his brother Rex Davis (Leah); his sister-in-law Phyllis Davis; his sister Sylvia Collins (Joe); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Childress (Judy), Susan Gilbreath (Mark) and Tim Childress (Jamie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (206 W Pine St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 3:15 PM to 3:30 PM at the Ararat-Cedar Hill Church Cemetery (339 Pilot Power Dam Rd, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041).
