She is survived by : her parents, Timothy Samuel Adams and Suzie Adams (Smith) of Pinehurst; her sisters, April Eilert (Harry) of Pinehurst and Christy Tucker (Will) of Jackson Springs; her grandmother Carolyn Smith of Pinehurst; her nephews, Sam Eilert, Owen Eilert, Wyatt Tucker, Wesley Tucker and Whitt Tucker; and her caregivers, Lourdes Bahena and Emily. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
