He was predeceased by: his wife Mary E. Binning; and his parents, Robert E. Binning and Leona Binning. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert C. and Jean; his sons, David (Katie Voss) and Gary (Marianna); his grandchildren, Matthew, Heather, Greg and Robert; and his great grandchildren, Graham, Phoebe, Alice, Lillian and Francis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local charity, including the Weymouth Center or the Community Presbyterian Church of Pinehurst, supporting community development or education-causes Jack held close to his heart.
