He is survived by: his wife Christine; his brother Donald Hawk; his children, James Hawk, Jr. and Connie Hawk; his stepdaughter Amy MacDonald; and his grandsons, Matthew Alberto, Steven Siner, Brian Siner, Justin Hawk and Nathan MacDonald.
