It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey William Riggs of Pinehurst, North Carolina, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on August 6, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father William Riggs. He is survived by : his mother Judith Riggs; his wife Donna Riggs; his children, John Riggs (Jenna) and Mary Riggs; his grandsons, Liam and Landon Riggs; and his siblings, Molli Riggs, Tim Riggs (Tracy) and Steven Riggs (Colleen). He is also survived by 5 nephews and many cousins.
