C. and Catherine Skvarla Cutshall (Jeffrey Hayes Cutshall) of Dallas, Texas; his sisters, Jennifer Skvarla of Pantego, N. C. and Teresa Hogan of Niagara Falls, N. Y.; and his grandchildren, Winton Hayes Cutshall, Avery Elizabeth Cutshall and John Edward Skvarla IV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
