We bid farewell to Mary Elizabeth (Betsy) Barrett Pry of Pinehurst, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 14, 2025 at the age of 82. Mary Elizabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Barrett (Blaser) and George Knapp Barrett; her brother Bill Barrett; and her husband Nik Pry. She is survived by: her son Barrett Nicholas Pry (Lori) of Pinehurst, NC; her grandson Nikolas Cory Pry (Alexis); her great grandchild Roman; her granddaughter Madison Barrett Pry (Madi); her sister Sue Romero (Bob); her son Ted Romero (Lindsay); her sister-in-law Susan; and her children, Lindsey Sands (Abe) and Chad Barrett (Melissa). She is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews and a loving group of friends.
