He is survived by: his wife Frances Edwards Norris; his children, Matthew Norris (Kelly), Catherine Jewett (Brooks) and Sarah Strohecker (Caleb); his siblings, David Norris (Mariam), John Norris (Linda) and Sue Zankowski; and his grandchildren, Griffin, Parker, Eliza, Ward and Anne Barrett.
