She is survived by: her siblings, James Baldwin, David Baldwin and Jean Sullivan; and her children, Michael Joel Wiggins Sr. of Salisbury and Nancy Wiggins O'Brien of Southern Pines. She is also survived by three grandsons, one great-granddaughter, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
