She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Cecil Burleson and Virginia Burleson; her husband Dale Schawitsch; her daughters, Ellen Sidbury (Tom) of Hampstead, NC and Elaine Wilderson (Eric) of Pinehurst, NC; her grandsons, Sean Sidbury and Ben Sidbury; her stepdaughter Tiffany Dillow (Mark) of Catonsville, MD; her brothers, Gary Burleson (Annette) of Salisbury, NC. and Clay Burleson (Jackie) of Salisbury, NC.; and her daughter Jennifer Whitman of Salisbury, NC..
Pat and Dale volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, until Pat was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer during the pandemic.
