She was predeceased by : her parents, William Frank Hearn and Ethel Perdue Hearn; her husband James R. Mills; and her siblings, Dixie H. Elmore, Janie H. Brandon, Mary Frances Ramsey and Robert F. Hearn.
She is survived by : her brother-in-law Raymond Mills (Virginia) of San Diego, CA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins and many wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Salvation Army.
