It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Mihalow of Pinehurst, North Carolina, who passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Solley and Margaret Solley (Taylor); her husband Dennis Mihalow; her brother Daniel; her parents-in-law, Andrew and Zida; her siblings-in-law, Leo Murphy, Richard, John, Nicholas, Joseph, Brenda Solley, Rita Duclos and Rose Mihalow; and her niece Stacie Mihalow Sheikh.
She is survived by: her daughter Valerie; her granddaughters, Mikayla, Ashlyn, Lucy and Gracie; her siblings, William (Patricia), Shirley Murphy, Edward (Deborah) and Larry; and her siblings-in-law, Gary, Andrew (Margaret), Victor (Teresa), Darleen, Linda "Curly" Flora (Paul), Pamela (Bruce) and Bonnie (Kevin). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
