She was predeceased by: her son Emmanuel "Manny" Abrahan Finicum of Whispering Pines; and her parents, Ann Seeley Lee Woodard and Will W. Woodard Jr. of Wilson. She is survived by: her husband James Scott Finicum; her son Isaac Walton Finicum; her brother Will W. Woodard III (Suzy) of Southern Shores; and her sibling's children, William Lionel "Leo" Woodard of Raleigh, Carter Richmond Finicum of Arlington and Margaret Frances Finicum of Palo Pinto, Texas..
