He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Bobby Wayne Autry of Marion, NC and Gary Roger Formaggioni of Simsbury, CT. He is survived by: his parents, John Troy Autry of Pineola, NC and Kelly Rene Formaggioni of Southington, CT; his sister Jessi Ann Autry; his grandparents, Jimmy, Barbara Gauvain, Donna Autry, Jeremy, Mary-Ann Autry, Jamie, Chandra, Cayden and Tinley Formaggioni; and his children, Reagan and Maxton of Pineola, NC.
