He is survived by: his parents, Junior Lee Joyner Jr. and Lois Jean Epps; his stepmother Mary Joyner of Greenville, NC; his wife Patricia Joyner of Greenville, NC; his children, Ricky James of Greensboro, NC, Julius Joyner of Greensboro, NC and Patricia Goins of Greensboro, NC; and his sisters, Letha Epps of Pinetops, NC, Davida Epps of Bethel, NC, Letitia Joyner of Greenville, NC and Lisa Dozier McKinney of Princeville, NC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Temple United Holiness Church (709 E Wilson St, Tarboro, NC 27886). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
