She was predeceased by: her parents, George Moore and Mary Lancaster Wooten; her stepfather Charlie Wooten (Sam); her sisters, Mae Frances and Janet Lancaster (Rae); and her niece Arlene Lancaster.
She is survived by: her husband Roosevelt "June" Porter; her daughters, Pamela Rhodes (Raymond) of Pinetops and Melissa Barnes (Ray) of Pinetops; her grandchildren, Julius of Pinetops, Darrell Porter of Pinetops, Iesha Thorne of Pinetops, Shyheim Ashford (Tamara) of Pinetops and Seantae Ashford of Pinetops; and her siblings, Mary Joe Morrison (John) of Farmington Hills, MI, Annette Hyman (Ruffin) of Severn, MD, Nellie Rodgers (William) of Pinetops, Leander Lancaster (Katie) of Pinetops, Benjamin Lancaster (Sonja) of Augusta, GA, John Melvin Wooten (Patricia) of Rocky Mount, William Thomas Wooten (Ada) of Tarboro and Robert Earl Wooten (Peggy) of Pinetops. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
