She is survived by: her husband James Marvin Best; her children, Angela B. Reid, Kimberly B. Armstrong (Kevin, Sr.) of Ponzer, NC and James Marvin "Jamie" Best, Jr. (Mia) of Bath; her sister Velma W. Gurganus of Pinetown; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Marvin Reid, Jr., Bryant Scott Reid, Henna Mckenzie Reid, KJ Armstrong (Kasie), Kristopher Armstrong (Josie), Maya Ashlyn Best (Atia Shamseldin), Jameson Aubrey Best, Jules S. Moore, John Asher Best and Jase Axel Best; and her great grandchildren, Talynn Russell, Konner Russell, Sadie Reid, Haven Elizabeth Armstrong, Holden Craig Armstrong and Kinsley Rae Armstrong.
