She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse W. Jefferson and Lola Jackson Jefferson; her siblings, Jesse "Ronnie" Jefferson and Ellen Jefferson Hamman; and her niece Elizabeth Hamman.
She is survived by: her husband Edmund "Eddie" John Paszt; her son Daniel Lee Paszt (Kendall); her sisters, Carolyn J. Simmons and Lynda J. Harris; and her grandchildren, Alyssa Boyette, Grace Paszt, Olivia Paszt, Tucker Talbot and Layla Talbot.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paul Funeral Home - Washington (900 John Small Ave, Washington, NC 27889). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pamlico Memorial Gardens (161 Avon Ave, Washington, NC 27889).
