He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Howard and Sara Howard (Dolly Howard); his brother Leonard Howard; and his son Timothy Howard. He is survived by : his children, James Howard and Narvice Howard; his granddaughters, Stevie Howard Morris (Matt Morris), Courtney Deese and Mya Ratliff; and his great grandchildren, Porter Morris, Carter, Maverick Westberry, Payson Morris and Nora Gray Harty.
