She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Roy" Russell Sr.; and her son Chuck. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Peter) and Sara (Justin); her grandchildren, Matthew, Casey, Alexandra, Peyton, Allison and Blake; and her unwavering Christian. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and her many beloved nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Church (5801 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Charlotte, NC 28226). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
