He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Richard Douglas; and his aunt Loretta Marks. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Douglas (Roseman) of Concord, NC; his wife Lynn Marie Douglas (Schreck) of Pineville; his pet Yeti; his siblings, Glenda Boulware (Scotty) and Perry Douglas; his in-laws, James and Genevieve Schreck; his sister-in-law Lori DeCarlo (Giovanni); his nieces and nephews, Teon Boulware, Asia Boulware, Sloan Boulware, Taveon Douglas and Giovanni DeCarlo; his great-niece Iris Boulware; his great-nephew Nazier Boulware; his cousins, Plyler Hemphill, Lakeshia Madison-Hemphill, Samiah Madison and PJ Hemphill; and his godson Sawyer Brown.
