He is survived by: his children, Lynn Tyndall (Patricia) and Angie Tyndall (Jeff); his grandchildren, Casey Tyndall, Ryan Kennedy (Nikki), Johnna Pullman (Dean) and Alyssa Angle (Joh); and his caregivers, Cotton Howard and Dana Nethercutt. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
