He was predeceased by : his parents, Catherine Burns and Arthur Burns; and his stepson Charles Quinn. He is survived by : his children, David Franklin Burns, Jr. (Shannon) and Linda Sue Plymouth (Antonnio); his siblings, William Richard Burris, Charles Ray Burns, Bobby Lester Burns Sr., Arthur Oliver Burns, Georgia Spain and Mary Hurd; his grandchildren, Elyecia, Jaiden, Azaiah and Saria; his sons, Kaiden, Austin and Dawson; his great grandchild Waverly; his nephews, Chucky of Timmy, BJ, Jimmy, Johnny, Steven Jr., Clyde and DJ; and his pet Harley.
