In the vast expanse of eternity, Frank shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Frank farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Willie H. Wallace; his children, Terry Baker (Dorothy), Renee Phipps (Thomas) and Tim Wallace (Betty); and his sister Betty Cavenaugh. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Southwest Pentecostal Church. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
