He is survived by: his wife Debra Williamson Duff; his son Patrick David Duff (Cierra); his grandchildren, Noah David Duff, Ellie Gray Duff and David Jude Duff; his stepgrandson Liam Cole Grady; and his siblings, Eddie Duff, Cathy Kennedy (Wayne), Denise Duff (Jenny Kane) and Billie Mae Jauss (David).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pink Hill Funeral Home (1056 NC-11, Pink Hill, NC 28572). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Daly's Chapel Church Cemetery (5924 NC-55, Seven Springs, NC 28578).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St Jude's Children's Hospital.
