She is survived by: her parents, Walter Lee Powell Sr. (Teresa Pate) of Pink Hill and Audrey Stroud Powell of Pink Hill; her brothers, Walter Lee Powell Jr. (Wendi) of Lucama and Robert Stroud Powell (Denise) of Kenly; her nieces and nephews, Jodi Cobb, Story, Atlas, Walter Lee Powell III (Colleen) of Clayton, Jami Jones (Clay) of Lucama, Chancey Larsen (Dylan) of Oregon and Ezekiel Powell of Kenly; her aunt Eva Powell Aycock; and her uncle Oscar Aycock.
