He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Vernon Howard and Eleanor Faye Howard. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Howard; his children, Jeremy Howard (Sherrie), Tammy Beard (Jason), Amanda Penny (Jeremy Kennedy), Priscilla Thompson, Jonathan Thompson and Scotty Howard; and his cousin Timmy Stepps (Barbara Faye Stepps). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
