She was predeceased by: her parents, James Milton Smith and Teresa Grae Davis; and her grandmother Irene Douglas Davis. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Lynn Patrick of Bolton, NC; her brothers, James Martin "Marty" Smith of Greensboro, NC, Frank Edward "Butch" Reynolds of Ridgeland, SC, Richard Michael "Chuck" Read of Leander and Douglas-Lynn "Shane"; and her cousin Anglea.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Haywood Bible Church (299 Haywood Rd, Moncure, NC 27559). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
