He was predeceased by : his father Warren Franklin Marion; and his siblings, Rhonda "Queenie" Annette Marion Gordon and Richie "Rich" Dean Marion. He is survived by : his mother Magaline "Maggie" Elsie Lynch Marion; his wife Diane Perdue; his daughter Chastity; his son-in-law Brian Payne; his son O'Shea Marion; his grandchildren, Dylan Payne, Lexie Payne, Raylan Payne and Iain Marion; his great grandchild Wesley Ward; his stepfather Bobby Hiatt; his brother Chris; and his sister-in-law Gayle Marion.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, 1427 Edgewood Drive, Suite 101, Mount Airy, NC 27030.
