With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Jane Hill of Pinnacle, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Phyllis Jane shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Phyllis Jane farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ellis Lee Hill and Mary Avis Collins Hill; and her brother-in-law JC Johnson. She is survived by: her sister Vikki Johnson; her nieces, Sonya Willard (Terry) and Lori Walters (Mark); and her great-nieces, Chloe Willard, Victoria Smith (McKenley) and Makayla Willard.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Pilot Mountain City Cemetery (850 W Main St, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041).
