He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Case Keever Stepp; his children, Tony Stepp (Marla) and Carlene Stepp Fisher (Dean); and his stepdaughters, Lystra Keever and Christy Galloway (Mark). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
