He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Micale and Lucy Micale; his sisters, Francis Anne Bernardo Micale of Punxsutawney and Freda Witalis of Shelton Connecticut; his wife Shirley Walker Micale of Franklin; and his daughter Theresa Micale of Utica, Pennsylvania..
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Micale of East Point and Tina Keas of Moncure. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
