He was predeceased by : his parents, Bion Tupper (Bud) and Phyllis Tupper; his wife Eileen Flanagan Tupper; and his brothers, Dave and Ernie Tupper.
He is survived by : his children, Kelly (Gary), David (Jade) and Dennis; his brother Michael Tupper (Donna); his sister-in-law Ann Tupper; and his grandchildren, Mariah, Mackenzie, Simon, Alexia and Penelope. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
