She was predeceased by: her husband Dan Crossman. She is survived by: her sons, Marc Crossman (Amber) and Matt Crossman; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Crossman, Lucy Crossman and Drew Crossman; and her siblings, David VanAken and Lorrie Cammack. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In honor of her memory and the journey she faced with grace, the family asks that donations be made to the Dementia Society of America in lieu of flowers.
