She is survived by: her siblings, Ernest "Butch" Ramsey, Ferne Alston of Pittsboro, NC and Kathy Ramsey of Cary, NC.; her cousins, Helen Ann Dark, Hazel Hadley and Georgia Southern; her caregivers, Jermaine Rogers, Robert Rogers and Nicole Rogers; her godchildren, Darius Miller, Tamara Johnson and EH Dark; Cynthia Bland, Yvette Sanders, Denise Goins, Kia Dark Hicks, Kamille Dark Dean and Monica Hadley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews; sister.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Knotts Funeral Home (50 N Masonic St, Pittsboro, NC 27312). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Mt. Sinai AME Church (176 Chatham St, Pittsboro, NC 27312).
