He is survived by: his wife Corinne "Missy" Francis Foster; his children, Russ Foster Jr. (KerryAnn Foster), Lori-Ellen Hutchins (Sheldon Hutchins) and Jeffrey "Scott" Foster (Carla Foster); his grandchildren, Carrie Belle Foster, Jeffrey "Trey" Foster III, Dean Hutchins (Virginia Hutchins), Elaina (Moises) of Dios, Tom Hutchins (Kelvy Hutchins), Lauren Carlson (Ricky Carlson), Adeline Seymore (Colby Seymore) and Thomas Paige; his stepgranddaughter Laken Woods; and his sisters, Susan Foster and Barbara Foster.
