He was predeceased by: his parents, George Perry and Ruby Marshall; his son Duane Perry; and his siblings, Charles Perry (Jerry), Bernice Perry and Gladys Garner.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Murphy; his daughters, Penny Perry-Mitchum and Becki Perry (Chris Runken); and his grandchildren, Cale Evan Fields (Jenny Song), Cameron Fields (Renée) and Rhiannon Perry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
