He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip John Goin and Lorraine Eva Brown Goin. He is survived by: his wife Connie R Cates Goin; his children, Shelly, Kathy (Joe), Phil, Cari (Tommy), Jonathan (Melissa), Nathan (Jonni Jo), Denny and Sean; and his siblings, Roberta Schmitz, Mike Goin and Charles Goin.
