He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Newby Judson Dark, Jr. and Hazel E. Dark (Upchurch); his daughters, J. Casey Dark of Raleigh and Kristin Dark of Sanford; his grandchildren, Dominic, Makenzie and Lucas; and his pet Boo.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Goat House Refuge for Cats in Pittsboro in Memory of Judson.
