With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kaye H. Lewy of Pittsboro, North Carolina, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 23, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Curtis Panicke and Bertie McGehee Panicke. She is survived by : her children, Mark, Lauri (David) and Jan (Benny); her grandchildren, Talya (Keith), Roy Duncan (Gabbi), Ben (Leigh), Daniel (Sara), Rebecca (Mike), Hailey (Zach), Marguerite and Skyler (Eric); and her great grandchildren, Ruby Mae, Alex, Nikhil, Gavin, Cole, Lily, Warren, Adelaide, Raena, Isabel and Gemma.

Those who would like to make a donation may honor her memory by contributing to Amnesty International, Doctors without Borders or the Meher Spiritual Center in Myrtle Beach SC.
