She was predeceased by: her parents, Graham Britt and Mabel Britt; and her son Robert "Bobby J" East. She is survived by: her husband Allen K. Jenks of Pittsboro; and her daughters, Michelle East of Williamsburg, KY and Sherry Lee of Mt. Airy, NC. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
