She is survived by: her sons, Marc Chudy (Kathleen Prendergast), Michael Chudy (Kathi DiMiceli) and Frank Chudy (Kathleen Brewer); her sister Joan Inch; her granddaughters, Erica Chudy, Amanda Chudy and Rebecca Mika (Scott Mika); and her great grandchildren, Eli Mika and Zachary Mika. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
