She is survived by: her husband Jerry Shaffer; her children, David Brian Owens of Pittsboro, Jeffrey Michael Owens (Rachel) of Pittsboro and Jeanna Lynn Adams (Scott) of Fort Worth, Texas; her grandchildren, Joshua Owens (Kourtney) of Franklinton, Zachary Owens (Katie) of Fuquay-Varina, Christian Owens of Pittsboro, Jeremy, Seth Adams of Fort Worth, Texas and Gracie Owens of Pittsboro; her great grandchildren, Kole, Harper Owens of Franklinton and Sophia Owens of Pittsboro; and her sister Wilma Joyce Renner of Springfield, Ohio..
