We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2024, at the age of 84, Wayne Thomas of Pittsboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James Dewey Thomas and Gladys Burnette Thomas; his wife Clarine Thomas; his children, Angie Wieland (Bert) of Pittsboro, Shelley Frye (Gene) of Pittsboro, Allison Womack (Joey) of Pittsboro and Michael Thomas (Tracey) of Snow Camp; and his brother William D. Thomas (Yvonne) of Clinton, NC.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions to be made in Wayne's memory to Mt. Gilead Baptist Church 1785 Mt. Gilead Church Road Pittsboro, NC 27312.
