She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lynn and Fannie Lee Lynn; her siblings, Benjamin Wesley Lynn, John Paul Lynn and Bertha Bruton; and her children, Andrew Lightsey III (Pamela Lightsey) and Kimberly Lightsey.
She is survived by: her grandson Andrew Lightsey IV (Emily Lightsey); her great grandchildren, Eleanor Nicole Lightsey and Eliza Josephine Lightsey; her sisters, Mary Reaves and Mamie Lynn; and her siblings-in-law, Doretha Leak, Paulette Poe and Walter Reaves (Willie Poe). She is also survived by other relatives and bonus children, friends.
